The information in this book is the result of the 19th MRCWG Annual Meeting in Shanghai, P.R China on 26-28 April 2006 and the report of the 7th Informal Meeting of United Nation Open-Ended Informal Consultative Process on the Oceans and The Law of the Sea (UNICPOLOS) in New York, USA, on 12-16 June 2006. On 19th MRCWG annual meeting in shanghai, it was agreed to make the Bali Plan of Action as the guideline of activities which to be implemented by all MRCWG member delegates. The Bali Plan of Action also received fifth attention at the 7th UNICPOLOS meeting in New York, which reflects out global advancement in the conservation of out marine ecosystem.
