This book is a revised version of a handbook entitle "Improved Handling of Fresh Tuna Intended for EU Markets" which was complied as partial fulfillments of EU funded project on "Improved Handling of Fresh Tuna Intended for EU markets" which was implemented in the year of 2006-2007. This manuscript is now intended for practical guidelines for tuna fishermen and stakeholders to implement Good Catching and Handling Practices to produce prime quality fresh tuna suitable for export, in a wider international destination.
