ATSEA-2 is the second phase of the Global Environmental Facility (GEF)-financed, United Nations Development Program (UNDP)-supported ATSEA Programme. Guided by the ATSEA-2 Regional Steering Committee (RSC), and building upon the foundational results realized in the first phase of the ATSEA program, PT Hatfield Indonesia (PTHI) and the ATSEA-2 Regional Project Management Unit (RPMU) facilitated a participatory process for identification of viable options for a regional cooperation mechanism that includes a Stakeholder Partnership Forum (SPF) and proposals for transitioning to that option
