Barriers to the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform Program of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MoMAF) of Indonesia
As one of the goverment agencies in the largest archipelago country in the world, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MoMAF) has a key position in national development. The ministry has the responsibility to manage highly potential marine resources and fisheries of Indonesia. Indonesia has 17,504 islands and 99,093 km of coastline, that is the second longest in the world after canada (Yusuf & Razak 2018).
