Asosiasi Budidaya Mutiara Indonesia (ASBUMI) Indonesian Pearl Culture Association
Indonesia being an archipelagic country whereas two third of its territory consists of the sea is situated along the equator between the Pasific and the Indian Ocean. Indonesia started with is pearl production in the 60's using pearl oysters from the wild. The Indonesia Pearl Culture Association ASBUMI is an association of pearl companies, that was estabilised in October 20, 1994. Its objective is to unite the potentials of our Pearl farmer and its associate products to be synergies into one force that can support the development of Indonesia economy.
