Grouper species are commercially important fish because of their high market demand and value in several countries, especially in Southeast Asia. Since the supply if groupers from capture fisheries cannot meet the demand, many people are tying to culture groupers either in sea-cages or eathen ponds. This manual book describes a method of humpback grouper seed production including broodstock culture and breeding, egg management, larval rearing and nursery culture. This manual is prepared based on research results and experiences of the MSH project.
