The 25th anniversary of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries is not just a commemoration. This celebration reflects the determination of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries to continue to fight to advance the marine and fisheries sector towards Indonesia Emas 2045. This book contains the journey of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries since its establishment in 1999 until now. This book also contains information about the meaning of changes in leadership, policies, and institutional transformation in managing the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia. It is hoped that this book can help the public better understand the role of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries which not only manages fisheries but also the marine and its complexities.
