The research aimed to investigate the relationship and effect of the information dissemination of minister regulation kp number 56 year 2016 performed by two istances namely: fish quarantine board, and marine and fishery office, central Sulawesi province and by the entrepreneurs or collectors on the fishermen ,s comprehension level at donggala regency.
The research used the quantative approaches with the survey method on seventy fishermen.
The research result indicates that the informato dissemination effort of the minister regulation kp number 56 year 2016 by the fish quarantine board, and marine and fishery office of central Sulawesi province is conducted through the mass communication, group communication while the dissemination of information conducted by employers of collectors is done through the form of interpersonal communication. The correlation analysis indicates that the information dissemination carried out by the fish fish quarantine board, and marine and fishery office, province/regencies in central Sulawesi through the mass communication and dissemination of information conducted by employers or collector through interpersonal communication has the positive and significant correlation with the fishermen’s comprehension level. The regression analysis result indicates that there the significant effect of the information dissemination through the form of interpersonal communication by the enterpreneurs or collectors on the fishermen’s comprehension level.
