Abstract/Notes	Hatchery with good management has developed to produce juvenile for aquaculture program. But number of juveniles produced still low and its quality also still not stable. To solve this problem, it is necessary to improve the broodstock quality by selective breeding program. The objective of this research is to study the performance and genetic variation of F1 broodstock from selection of cultured fish by using RFLP mtDNA analysis. Samples were cut from caudal fin of F-1 broodstock with average body weight and total length 1.30
