Abstract/Notes The aim of this study was to determine the effect of vitamin B12 and calcium addition in the rotifers enrichment process for milkfish larval rearing. This research was using the eggs of milkfish hatchery from BBRPBL Gondol of 25,000 eggs / m3 tank volume. Treatment of rotifers enrichment began in D2 until D24 after hatching, consists of (A) the addition of vitamin B12 and calcium, (B) the addition of vitamin B12 and (C) without enrichment as a control. The results showed that the growth of treatment A (TL = 14:39 mm, BW = 16:07 mg) was the best results but not significantly different (P <0.05) when compared to treatment B (TL = 12:37 mm, BW = 10:46 mg) and C ( TL = 12.70 mm, BW = 26.86 mg). However, the survival rate indicated that the treatment A (39.78%) was significantly different (P> 0.05) than treatment B (23:25%) and C (26.86%). In vertebrae observation was known that majority of the sample treatment A has become bones, and was marked with red color, while at the sample B treatment just a part of it has become a bones, whereas the sample of C treatment were all of it still in the cartilage form that marked in blue color. The value of water quality during maintenance was still within the normal range
