Abstract/Notes One of the reason failure on larvae rearing is not enough the amount and quality of rotifer that given as the initial food for fish larvae. To increase the amount and quality of rotifer was through experiment to find out acceleration growth and to increase of rotifer quality. This experiment used 9 fiber-glass volume 200 l for culturing rotifer with initial density 30 ind./ml. The treatments were (A) vitamin E, A and B-12 and phyto-plankton, (B) vitamin E, A, and B-12, (C) phyto-plankton, three replications were used. Vitamin E, A, and B-12 to mixed in yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with dosage 10 mg/ml of vitamin- A, 1.4 mg/ml of vitamin B-12, 1 mg/ml of vitamin-E into yeast: 1 g/1 million rotifer/day. The result showed that population rotifer from three treatments on 72 hours after incubation statistically different (P<0.05) and the best population was (A) treatment: 209 ind./ml, it was also the better quality compared to the other treatments.
