Pengaruh Sikap dalam Bekerja dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of attitude in work and trust on employee's organizational commitment in Education Office of Tangerang City. The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument in the from of questionnaire. The number of 60 employees as sample was selected by simple random sampling. The result of this research indicated that: 1. there is a direct positive effect of attitude in work to employee's organizational commitment, 2. there is a direct positive effect of trust to employee's organizational commitment and 3. there is a direct positive effect of attitude in work to trust.
